This option is available for exclusive use charters at sunset only. All food is Chef prepared on board, no catering. Build your own menu and choose a combination of any five of the following:

Home made dips served with pita bread & rice crackers (Dip selection – choose any two – Smoked Spanish Mackerel, Char grilled capsicum with fetta & basil, Guacamole, Mexican Bean, Spinach cashew & parmesan.

Local wild caught Banana Prawns served on skewers with home made cocktail sauce.

Local fish in tempura batter served with home made tartare sauce.

Chicken wings marinated in honey, soy, ginger & garlic.

Thai meatballs, choice of either chicken or beef served with home made satay sauce.

Beef fillet served on crostini with beetroot marmalade.

Chipolatas served in a freshly baked roll with home made tomato relish.

Bruschetta.

Assorted mini quiches.

Assorted mini pizzas.

Home made sausage rolls served with home made tomato relish.

Cheese and dried fruit platter.

Fresh fruit platter.
