DISCOVER THE TOP END
At Cape Adieu we’re passionate about supporting local NT producers and championing a true “shop local” experience for our guests.
Fire & Forage
Our menus are inspired by the raw beauty of the Top End, embracing the elements of fire and forage. Incorporating wild, seasonal ingredients, we celebrate a style of dining that feels grounded, honest, and deeply connected to the landscape around us. It’s about keeping things simple, letting quality produce shine, and creating meals that reflect the environment we’re cruising through.
Aboriginal Community Harvest
We acknowledge and respect the deep knowledge of Indigenous Australians, whose connection to land and sea spans thousands of years. Where possible, we incorporate native ingredients and flavours that have long been part of traditional Aboriginal harvesting practices. These ingredients not only add something unique to the plate, but also tell a story of culture, history, and a profound understanding of the Top End’s natural resources.
Humpty Doo Barramundi
We proudly serve barramundi sourced from Humpty Doo, supporting the local aquaculture industry and the people behind it. Known for its premium quality and sustainability, this locally farmed fish is a true Territory staple. By choosing Humpty Doo barramundi, we’re not only delivering a fresh and delicious product to our guests, but also backing local employment and responsible farming practices that protect our waterways for future generations.
Local Brewers & Distillers
The Top End is home to a growing community of passionate brewers and distillers who are crafting distinctive beers and spirits that reflect the region’s personality. Our drinks selection highlights these local makers, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy something uniquely Territorian. From crisp craft beers to small-batch spirits infused with native botanicals, it’s a chance to sip your way through the Top End.
