Corporate on the Water

Cape Adieu hosts up to 60 guests for corporate events — team celebrations, client dinners, partner events, product launches. Three separate deck areas mean you can run a sit-down dinner below, drinks on the main deck, and canapes up top, all at once.

PA system available. Flexible departure times. Custom menus from April to September, and boat and bar with your own catering from October. We've hosted law firms, mining companies, government departments, and sporting organisations. Every event is different because every group is different.

Corporate Event FAQs

How many people can you host?

The Cape Adieu is surveyed for up to 60 guests, with three separate deck areas. That lets you run a sit-down dinner below, drinks on the main deck and canapes up top — all at the same time, all on the one boat.

How does pricing work?

Corporate events are custom-quoted on guest numbers, catering and duration. Send us your details and we'll put together a quote — we've worked with budgets from small team outings to full-boat company nights.

What catering options are there?

It depends on the time of year. From April to September our chef builds the menu with you, whether that is a sit-down dinner, grazing canapes or cocktail-style service. From October onwards we run boat and bar while the galley crew stand down for the wet, and you are very welcome to bring your own food aboard. The bar is licensed year round, so alcohol cannot be brought on board at any time of year.

Can we run presentations or speeches?

Yes. There's a PA system on board for speeches, awards and presentations, so the formal part of the night is sorted alongside the social side.

Can different things happen on different decks?

That's the advantage of the boat — three deck areas mean you can split dinner, drinks and canapes across separate spaces, or open it all up for one big group.

When can we book?

Events run from April to 30 November, then the boat comes out for maintenance and we are back in April. The end-of-year season books out early, so get in early if you are after a November date. December and the wet are not off the table, they just need special arrangement: send the enquiry through anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
